Since its inception in 1994, Euroscreen has built a solid reputation for its target discovery programs and GPCR products (membranes, cell lines, Aequoscreen ^TM). Euroscreen now pursues Drug Discovery and Development programs to develop small molecule drug candidates to address such therapeutic areas as inflammation, metabolism and sex hormone modulation.  In addition, we offer our GPCR materials and capabilities to biopharmaceutical drug discovery programs through our Euroscreen FAST business unit.

Our investments in drug discovery leverage :

• A high performance and integrated Drug Discovery platform spanning the areas of target deorphanization, HTS and medicinal chemistry through ADME/PK to optimize drug candidates up to clinical development. 

• Several promising internal drug discovery programs which represent the growing value for our Company's future.

• Several promising internal drug discovery programs which represent the continued basis for our growing Company value as recently revalidated by our partnership with Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. 

• 17 years of contacts across the bio-pharma industry with our products, services, licensing, publications and partnering which has resulted in a strong reputation and name value.

Euroscreen is using its current managerial, financial and scientific assets to develop a portfolio of internal drug candidate programs to identify new chemical entities (NCE) for development and eventual out-licensing. These NCEs are being discovered through our internal R&D pipeline and also in partnerships with Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Novartis. The targets are derived from our existing patent portfolio as well as key opportunities where the Company has identified a clear, competitive advantage to take a leadership position for certain drug discovery and development targets.
