Using our 14 year history in recombinant cell line development and characterization at Euroscreen, Euroscreen FAST can help you to develop a radioligand binding or a functional assay adapted to your specific programs.

New assays are developed in exclusive or non-exclusive contracts with a specific strategy to share the costs and the risk with a very short period of time for completion (2 or 3 months)

Amongst others, we have developed

• Specific radioligand binding assays with proprietary radioligand, including validation of 384 well format screening.
• Many assays using recombinant cell lines expressing orthologous receptors or mutant receptors.
• Assays using primary cell lines or tissue extracts or chemotaxis assays for specific GPCRs.
• Application of HTS expertise for screening of other targets in 384 well format.

We also have the expertise to develop or adapt existing assays in 384 well format suitable for your high throughput screening performed either at Euroscreen or in your facilities. You will find several examples in the presentation of our activities.
