Euroscreen FAST has a screening platform comprising 3 readers for high throughput functional screening based on the use of Aequorin assay in 384 well format, allowing to screen up to 30,000 compounds/day. We also have a robotic platform adapted to bar-coded handling of plates from powders to 384 well format, and we adapt the data format to customers’ expectations.

This screening platform is suitable to screen either Euroscreen’s complete compound collection or a subset of its library (120,000 small molecules compounds) or a customer’s library using Aequorin assay, cAMP, IPOne HTRF™, GTPgS or radioligand SPA- based assays.

Euroscreen FAST uses frozen cells for HTS campaigns when possible, allowing you to obtain better results and higher reproducibility. Moreover, such a strategy allows you to complete the screening of a 200,000 library in 10 days.
