Since 1999, Euroscreen has developed a strong partnering reputation with a large number of customer sales and licensing arrangements in particular with Amgen, Amersham-GE, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squib, CyBio, Epix, Evotec, Genomic Novartis Fundation, GlaxoSmithKline, and Merck.

In addition, the Company has completed key partnerships with Alchemia, Cephalon, GNF, Medarex, Novartis, Solvay, Syngenta, Tranzyme and licensing positions with AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Grunenthal, Human Genome Sciences, ICOS, and Pfizer.

Euroscreen is also a partner of choice for deorphanization programs, and preclinical discovery programs using its proprietary discovery platform.

• Two year extension of our Cephalon partnership for specific drug lead development

• Out-licensing of CCR5 patent rights to AstraZeneca and Boehringer Ingelheim and Pfizer

• Collaboration with GNF and Novartis to develop therapeutic antibodies against GPCRs
